The founder of Torque, Theo has been providing patrons in Sydney with quality food for over 15 years.

A gentleman who wears his heart on his sleeve, he strives to make your dining experience a memorable one.

On any given day, you will see his smiling face in the restaurant talking to patrons, and sometimes he can’t help himself, you’ll find him taking out your meal or serving you a perfectly ground coffee.

Theo is a very proud family man, who welcomes you to his little jewel, Torque, Café – Bar - Grill.

Anthony Martin - Manager

With over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry Anthony leads the Torque Team with a high emphasis placed on customer service.  If you’re are after a Corporate or Private Event,  or maybe it’s a quiet, romantic dinner for 2 with that special touch, then Anthony will be the one to cater for your every need simply ask for Anthony and leave the rest to him.
